Integrate is a trauma-informed, state-responsive practice app that helps users regulate their nervous system, reduce reactivity, and build capacity for healthier behaviors.
Grounded in nervous system science, Polyvagal Theory, DBT micro-skills, and Somatic UX, the app focuses on the conditions required before behavior change can happen: safety, pacing, and state awareness.
