Join us for this six week series as we explore different emotional qualities that may remind of us of our innate agency, opportunity to make empowered choices in each yin shape and the nourishment that comes from being held, supported and nourished by the earth in our yin practice.

This class is taught from a traums sensitive lens. Yin are encourage to used the yin yoga shapes as an embodied container to explore making empowered choices for your highest and best good through the lens of curiosity and compassion.
