Chita Gastelum is a Recovery Support Eating Disorder and Agoraphobia Specialist, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Instructor and Indigenous SpiritWalker, who will be educating on the current research regarding Agoraphobia (a fear of open public or open spaces) and how yoga, energy medicine and mindfulness can of support.

More about your Faciliator Chita, below:

Chita is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, BHPP, Peer to Peer coach & Community Health Worker Instructor. Chita specializes in eating disorder recovery, anxiety disorders, and agoraphobia. She also provides support & life skills training to survivors of domestic/sexual violence. Her passion is providing recovery support services and making them accessible to marginalized, BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities. Within her Native culture, Chita is a Spirit Walker (Curandera), Registered Yoga Instructor, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Certified Intuitive Counselor, and Reiki Practitioner Instructor. In addition to her own private practice Chita is employed as a Family Mentor for @equiphealth an eating disorder treatment program as well as offering sliding fee services at @remedyhousetucson a non-profit clinic in Tucson, AZ as a Recovery Support Specialist and Indigenous Holistic Mental Health Practitioner.
