These comprehensive live trainings focus on honing decision-making and communication abilities, particularly in the context of interacting with trauma survivors and driving social change.

We offer various durations to cater to your specific training needs:

  • Half-day training: $399. This includes 1 60-minute consultation.

  • Full Day Training: $799. This comes with 2 60-minute consultations.

  • Two days Training: $1299. This package includes 3 60-minute consultations.

Our training is structured around the following objectives:

  1. Understand Trauma-Informed Decision Making Skills: Participants will delve into the necessary problem-solving skills and understand their application in driving social impact through improved communication and decision-making.

  2. Develop Communication Skills for Social Impact: The training aims to equip participants with effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups, including trauma survivors, using a human-centered approach that acknowledges individual experiences.

  3. Enhance Decision-Making Abilities: We focus on strengthening decision-making abilities, teaching participants to prioritize empathy and understanding in order to make decisions that drive positive social change.

By the end of the training participants should expect the following outcomes:

  • Application of Trauma-Informed Decision Tools: Participants should be able to effectively apply the KHAOS Mindset Skills in their professional roles, demonstrating an increased capacity for interacting with themselves and others using tools rooted in evidence-based behavioral health.

  • Improved Communication: The training should result in improved communication skills, with participants showing increased empathy, respect, and understanding when interacting with diverse groups, especially those who have experienced trauma.

  • Ethical Decision Making: Participants should be equipped to make decisions that prioritize the human experience, considering the potential social impact of their choices and actions. They should demonstrate a commitment to ethical, empathetic, and trauma-informed decision-making.
