The Integrate Affinity Group is a professional community for human-centered professionals who are aligned with our nervous-system-informed approach and want clearer, more sustainable professional relationships built on the premises of trauma-informed care.

It is not a general membership or social group.
It is a shared foundation designed to support clarity, consent, and relational health across all tiers of community particiation.

The Affinity Group exists so that:

  • Expectations are named before collaboration begins

  • Roles are understood rather than assumed

  • Nervous systems are respected in how work is built

  • The ecosystem can grow without strain on individuals

Who is the ITIN Affinity Group for?

The Affinity Group may be a good fit if you are:

  • A practitioner, educator, space holder, or organizational leader

  • Aligned with trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware care

  • Curious about engaging with Integrate through participation, contribution, or collaboration

  • Willing to engage with structure as a form of care

You do not need to know exactly how you want to work with Integrate yet.

The Affinity Group helps clarify that through our application, on-boarding and training process

What the Affinity Group Is Not

To support clarity and sustainability, the Affinity Group is not:

  • A drop-in community or networking group

  • A guarantee of partnership, paid work, or co-creation

  • A space for informal or undefined collaboration

  • A substitute for clear agreements

Being part of the Affinity Group does not automatically lead to guest teaching or partnership.
Those pathways are intentional and clearly defined in the application, on-boarding and training process.

What Being in the Affinity Group Includes:

  • A shared orientation to Integrate’s values, language, and boundaries

  • Completion of our Trauma-Informed Leadership Course as part of onboarding

  • Access to our Pathways to Engagement framework

  • Clear explanations of participation, guest teaching, and partnership options

  • Periodic updates about Integrate offerings and opportunities

  • A structured way to express interest in deeper collaboration when appropriate

This ensures all collaborators are working from a common baseline of nervous-system awareness, consent, and care.

How the Affinity Group Connects to Collaboration

The Affinity Group is the starting point, not a promise of partnership.

From this shared foundation, members may choose — when appropriate — to explore one of the following pathways:

  • Participation — rentals, hosting in-person Integrate brand events, sharing Integrate brand materials

  • Guest Teaching — invitation/application, time-bound teaching contributions

  • Partnership — selective co-creation of events, retreats, or trainings

Each pathway has its own scope, agreements, and expectations.

How do I join the Affinity Group?

To join, you’ll need to fulfill three key requirements:

How to Join

Joining the Integrate Affinity Group includes:

  • Fill out the application

  • Get feedback on your application

  • Pay the $125 yearly fee

  • Reviewing our Pathways to Engagement materials

  • A shared commitment to clarity, consent, and sustainability

The Trauma-Informed Leadership Course provides a common language and grounding in nervous-system-informed leadership, helping ensure collaborations begin from a shared baseline.

If this feels like a supportive next step, you’re welcome to apply.

Closing

The Integrate Affinity Group is about building work that can last.
